Water is the most important element in our lives. Being the origin of all things, it has the same invigorating effect on mind and soul as art. Lukas Mayr, a visual artist from South Tyrol, made it his mission to combine these two elements. He creates a flowing symbiosis between spherical works of art and clean, filtered water under the name Alumaa.

About the artist
Lukas Mayr
Lukas Mayr has been magically attracted by round and oval shapes since his earliest childhood. After all, these spherical shapes – like the element of water – have an elementary meaning by their very nature: they symbolize originality, peace, strength, spirituality, healing, balance or infinity in the universe.
The symbiosis of spherical art and filtered water is demonstrated by the artist in his carefully hand-sculpted works, in which each spherical shape is unique.
